NFCA Fraternal 100 Section* Webinar

Strategic Thinking -
Making Time to Create & Execute a Successful Plan

Wednesday, February 13, 2008
10:00 a.m. CST

In this NFCA Webinar, smaller fraternal benefit societies will learn why strategic planning is necessary for survival in these challenging times.  Business coach Stan Herman will address how to communicate the importance of strategic planning to your leadership team; how to make time to conduct a successful session; how to involve the right people; and how to implement the changes and ideas following your society’s strategic planning session.

Speaker:
Stan Herman, MBA, CLU, ChFC

Stan Herman is a certified executive/business coach and chairman of a local chapter of Vistage, an organization dedicated to "increasing the effectiveness and enhancing the lives of CEOs." Through his company's business coaching/mentoring programs, Stan interacts with dozens of fraternal leaders, CEOs, business owners and their boards, on a regular basis and assists them in addressing their issues: making better decisions, anticipating change, isolation of leadership, strategic planning and the personal / business growth they desire.

Cost:   $25 per telephone line/computer

*The purpose of the Fraternal 100 Section is to provide smaller member-societies (less than $100 million in net assets) with a forum that provides education, training, information, experiential learning, fellowship and networking opportunities with similarly sized fraternal benefit societies.  However, all societies are invited to participate in this webinar.

For questions, please contact Allison Koppel, Director, Membership & Fraternal Services.
