Reaching Generations X, Y, & Z
Presented by Sarah Sladek

Session 1:

Rock Stars Incorporated: Managing, Motivating, and Marketing to Generations X & Y

The pending talent gap will present serious ramifications to America’s employers and economies as millions of Baby Boomers retire within the next five years. What few employers understand is that the talent gap is largely due to the generation gap because what worked in the past isn’t working for Generations X and Y. The Rock Stars Incorporated presentation brings to light the challenges today’s workplaces are experiencing, and viable solutions executives can implement to successfully recruit and retain younger workers.

Learn how to:

  • Measure and bridge the talent gap;
  • Understand the differences between the Boomer workforce and the X Y workforce;
  • Use new and innovative marketing tactics to reach younger generations; and
  • Implement successful recruiting, retention, motivation, and management techniques for Xers and Ys to inspire them and lead your company to success.
