One electronic photograph of the nominee (head and shoulders photo) of at least 300 dpi is required. Failure to include a quality photograph with the nomination form represents an incomplete nomination and will result in disqualification.

If you would like to submit your nominee's photo by e-mail, please send it to Alice McGregor at NFCA headquarters. We prefer a head and shoulders color photograph of the nominee, at 300 dpi, in one the following file formats: JPEG, TIFF or PNG.
