The National Fraternal Congress of America Hires New Manager of Administrative Services

 

The National Fraternal Congress of America (NFCA) announced the hiring of Linda McLaughlin as its new Manager of Administrative Services. 

 

In this position, McLaughlin will be responsible for day-to-day operations management, including maintaining financial operations of the association; developing and implementing personnel policies, benefits programs and maintenance of personnel records; and providing facility management support.  McLaughlin will begin work at the NFCA on Monday, July 23.

 

“We’re delighted to have Linda join the NFCA headquarters staff,” said NFCA Interim President and CEO Bob Huxel.  “She will assist the staff and membership by managing the headquarters office and its daily operations.”

 

McLaughlin has more than 15 years of administrative experience with various organizations. Most recently, she was the Office Manager for the Downers Grove Downtown Management Corporation in Downers Grove, Illinois.  She holds an Associates Degree in Word Processing Management from the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, Illinois.

 

McLaughlin is a member and secretary of the Downers Grove Noon Lions Club.  She is the team captain for the “Light the Night Walk,” which raised $7,000 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.  She also is the co-founder of the Puffer School KIDS Club, an after-school childcare program.

 

McLaughlin and her family reside in Downers Grove, Illinois.
