2007 Statistics Book Data Collection

The NFCA is collecting data for its 2007 Statistics of Fraternal Benefit Societies, 113th Edition. To submit your data, please click here.*

Instructions: Save the Excel file to your hard drive and input the data in the proper fields. (Tables contain formulas to automatically add cell content, creating a total at the bottom of each section - infinitely easier than printing out the forms and handwriting the data.) Save your work, and e-mail the completed file back to the NFCA.
